How to make a claim
How do I claim/Report an accident or incident
If you are still within the policy period, click on the SOS icon in the app (if downloaded) and then select “Report Incident”. You will then be directed to call the insurer. This is the preferred way to report an incident and make a claim. Alternatively, in the app we have provided you with access to your policy documents containing details of your cover and the insurer details which includes the number to ring in the event of a claim. You may be notified through the app if we detect an inciden

What’s my excess?
The excess you have to pay in the event of a claim varies by insurance partner - if you have a look at your policy documents you will be able to check your excess amount.

What happens to my NCB in the event of a claim?
As your Zixty policy is separate from any other cover you may have in place your NCB will be unaffected although you will still need to declare to insurers any claim you have made.

Can I use my app to find out the status of my Claim?
Not at the moment as Claims are handled by the Insurer partners although this is something we would like to do in future. We may be able to offer assistance via live chat if you are struggling to get a specific answer.

Can I get a courtesy car as part of my policy?
Unfortunately not. As this is a short period policy courtesy cars are not provided.

Sorry, standalone glass cover including windscreen is not included in Zixty insurance policies.
