  • If I swap phones to a different one will the information still be accessible?
    Yes, if you change phones or even if you erase an existing phone and then reinstall the Zixty app, as soon as you log back in using the same email address, your data will re-appear.Some readers
  • Does the app automatically start recording my driving score when I start driving?
    Yes, provided Zixty Miles is enabled and location permissions are switched on the app will automatically start recording your journey and you will be notified via the app at the time the recording of the trip starts. The app records your journey from the start but doesn’t upload the data until after the journey has ended. We are not live tracking you and the score is not calculated and displayed until after your trip has finished.Few readers
  • Can I buy a policy without using the app?

    Yes. You can quote and buy on the website www.zixty.com where we will just need your licence number to proceed with a policy purchase.Few readers
  • How does the app know if I was not driving the car on a particular journey?
    The app records all your trips taken during a policy but ignores trips not taken in a car. For instance we ignore train, plane and ferry trips.Few readers
  • Is the app supported on both iOS and Android?

  • Why do I have to ensure permissions are allowed?
    For Zixty Miles to operate, location services and activity tracking are needed so that the app can automatically record the driving data and offer the carbon offsets and calculate your trip scores. The app also needs permissions to take photos and send you notifications improving the app even further.Few readers
  • Who do you share my driving data with?
    We use your driving data ourselves to calculate carbon offset levels and generate trip scores. If you make a claim we may share the driving data with insurers and claims management companies in order to help settle the claim quickly and efficiently.Few readers
