I have an error/decline code. What does this mean?

There are numerous reasons why we may decline. The most common codes are below:

301 - Not located in England, Scotland or Wales

311 - Driving license type. We only cover full UK licenses held for 12m or more

312 - License not issued in UK

313 - Expiry date of license

314 - Age outside of criteria. We cover ages 21-75

321 - Address validation check

331 - Reason for cover decline. We do not cover impounded cars

341 - Declared lender email invalid

351 - General insurer no quote - Car group/postcode/occupation/convictions etc

361 - Too many continuous days on cover / policies

601 - Claim validation check

611 - Additional ID verification failure

621 - Email validation failure

631 - Too many payment attempts

ZDP008 - Vehicle information mismatch or vehicle not recognised
