How do I claim/Report an accident or incident

If you are still within the policy period, click on the SOS icon in the app (if downloaded) and then select “Report Incident”. You will then be directed to call the insurer. This is the preferred way to report an incident and make a claim.
Alternatively, in the app we have provided you with access to your policy documents containing details of your cover and the insurer details which includes the number to ring in the event of a claim. You may be notified through the app if we detect an incident on a trip if you have Zixty Miles enabled.
